What is the order cancellation window?
An order can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing it. Cancellation within 6 hours gets a full refund. Cancellation after 6 hours means the ₹100 advance amount is non-refundable.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product is received defective or damaged. A clear, continuous opening/unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product is required. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Is an opening/unboxing video mandatory for a return?
Yes. It is mandatory for claiming a return due to product damage or defect. Without it, a return claim may not be accepted.
How long does the refund take?
Once a return/refund is approved and verification is complete, the refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
What is the standard delivery time?
Standard delivery usually takes up to 7 days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Can I request delivery according to a Muhurat or ritual timing?
Yes. If you request delivery according to a specific Muhurat, ritual, or auspicious timing, the order may take approximately 12–15 days.
What is the COD advance amount?
For COD orders, an advance of ₹100 is required at the time of placing the order. This amount is adjusted against the total order value.
Is the ₹100 COD advance refundable?
Yes, if the order is cancelled within 6 hours, the complete amount including the advance is refunded. After 6 hours, the advance is not refundable.
Which products are non-returnable?
Products are eligible for return only in case of a verified product defect or damage, subject to the mandatory opening/unboxing video. Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection are not accepted.
